Unlike many apps, Posty works completely without requiring you to create an account or log in—so you can start making posters right away, no personal details needed.

1. No Account Required, No Personal Information Collected

Posty does not ask for, collect, or store any of your personal information. You don’t need to provide an email address, name, phone number, or any other personal details to use the app. There is no account creation process, no login step, and no way for us to track your usage across devices or sessions. Your experience with Posty is entirely anonymous—we never know who is using the app, and we never gather data that could identify you.

2. All Data Stays Locally on Your Device

• Every piece of data related to your use of Posty is stored directly on your device, and never sent to our servers or any external services. This includes:
  • the text descriptions you enter,
  • the custom parameters you set (like style choices, font selections, border designs, light and shadow effects, filter intensity, and poster blank ratio),
  • and the high-definition, watermark-free posters you generate.
• We do not transmit your data over the internet, share it with third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond helping you create posters on your own device. Even the AI-powered poster generation process happens locally on your device—your input and output never leave your phone or tablet. This means you have full control over all your content at all times.

3. How We Handle Your Generated Posters and Inputs

• The posters you create with Posty are yours to keep, share, and use as you like (in compliance with applicable rules and without creating illegal content like pornography, violence, or copyright-infringing material). Since all posters are stored locally, you can access them anytime through the app’s gallery feature, and you can delete them whenever you want. Deleting a poster removes it permanently from your device—we have no backup or copy of it.
• Your text descriptions and custom parameter settings are also stored locally only. They are used solely to generate your requested posters and to let you edit or recreate posters later if you choose. We never analyze, mine, or use these inputs for any other reason, and they are never shared with anyone else.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

• Posty does not integrate any third-party analytics tools, advertising services, tracking software, or data-sharing platforms. We do not share your data with any external companies, individuals, or services—period. The app operates independently on your device, with no connections to external servers that could collect or access your information.
• If you choose to share your generated posters on social media or other platforms, that sharing is done directly by you through your own accounts on those platforms. Posty does not have access to your social media accounts or any data from those sharing actions. All sharing decisions and activities are entirely under your control.

5. Content Safety and Responsibility

Posty is designed to help you create legal, appropriate content. We have built basic content filters into the app to prevent the generation of illegal or inappropriate material, including but not limited to pornography, violence, hate speech, and content that infringes on others’ copyrights. However, since all content creation happens locally on your device, you are ultimately responsible for the posters you generate and how you use them. We encourage you to use Posty responsibly and respect the rights and dignity of others.

6. Data Security

Since all your data stays on your device, its security depends on the security measures of your device itself (like passcodes, biometric locks, and operating system updates). We recommend keeping your device secure to protect your Posty content, just as you would protect other personal files and data on your device. Posty does not access or modify any other data on your device beyond what is necessary to run the app and store your posters.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app’s features or to comply with relevant requirements. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you through a pop-up message within the app before the changes take effect.
